Dear NLU Community:

The Adjunct Council invites you to participate in the nomination process for new members of the Adjunct Council (AC).  The Adjunct Council<http://www.nl.edu/about/leadership/provost/facultyresources/adjunctcouncil/>  serves to represent the interests of adjunct faculty at National Louis University.

At present, there are three open Adjunct Council vacancies, one in each of the colleges -College of Professional Studies and Advancement, National College of Education, and Library and Learning Services.

If you are interested in nominating an adjunct colleague, or, if you are a member of the NLU adjunct faculty and wish to nominate yourself, the Executive Committee of the Adjunct Council invites you place your name, or the name of a fellow adjunct colleague, in nomination.

Nominations are currently being accepted through Wednesday, April 13.  The Nomination Form is located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ACNOM2016

By its recently revised charter, as approved by the Faculty Senate, the Adjunct Council is pleased to announce a new election process for the purpose of expanding recruitment of Adjunct Council members and broadening representation on the Council.  The new process includes the annual formation of a Nominating Committee and a general election held in the Spring term.
